Respect Your Elders? Respect Your 2025 This year we updated the grain bill to make it somewhat drier, enhancing the crisp bitterness. We changed some levels between the different hops but kept the rest. We wanted to brew an American Double IPA that would bring us back to the old days. When IPAs were clear, copper colored and had a lasting, lingering bitterness. Despite contemporary rating trends we hope to bring back a variation of styles and hopefully show how pleasant bitterness can be. This beer is an homage to one of the beers that once sparked my own love for hoppy beers. A legendary beer that in many ways paved the way for modern IPAs. More than generously hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, Columbus and Cascade hops. 100+ IBU.

Tropic Thunder Sour Fruit Ale Tropic Trio A sour fruit ale with mango, passion fruit, and peach. Sunshine in a can. Sweet! Born out of a conversation at a beer festival in Rimini, Italy, the idea behind this beer is as simple as it is complex: We wanted to make a beer that tastes like a popsicle. A beer as refreshing as those ice-cold, fruity treats we loved as kids. We brewed this beer, trying to create something we’d never done before. And you know what? We succeeded! Fusing what has become our house lactobacillus culture with all that fruit and then letting it ferment in a for us whole new way. It was an experiment, to say the least. Now, Tropic Thunder is a modern classic. A joint beery effort together with nomadic brewer Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal. And forever in our hearts. Fruity!

Who would fancy a Basqueland Gilda? Instead of the usual pickle peppers, anchovies, and olives, we’ve threaded Mosaic, Cashmere, Citra, and Ekuanot hops into this IPA. This Gilda is a hoppy delight with flavors of peach, cantaloupe, red fruits, and a refreshing, slightly bitter citrus finish. It features a blend of malts with barley, oats, and wheat, giving it a smooth sensation. A sip of cinematic proportions!

Spitfire Amber Kentish Ale

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.

Bombardier Amber Beer/Premium British Ale (Glorious English Ale)
