Blommor & bin! Fläderblommor har länge varit en favorit. När vi förra året bryggde en gose med fläderbär och fläderblommor fick vi en ny intressant idé: en välhumlad IPA i amerikansk västkuststil kryddad med svenska fläderblommor. Vi gjorde en liten batch i vår ”Special Series” med experimentöl som vi serverade på några mässor och tap-take overs. Responsen var översvallande och vi har fått massor av mail från ölvänner som vill att vi ska brygga den igen, i större volym. Självklart lyssnar vi på er, så vi börjar med att skala upp och tar in S:t Eriks Elderflower IPA i vårt standardsortiment. Svensk sommar året runt, i ett glas

Vår Dala-Pils är den ljusaste lager vi någonsin gjort och en ”single malt” alltså brygd på endast en sorts malt. När vi i familjen Andersson gav oss in i bryggeribranschen på -90talet var en stor stark något man ville jobba bort. Nu är den borta och vi känner oss lite nostalagiska. Var så goda! En stor stark kommer lastad! I all sin enkelhet en fin hantverksöl. Passar till sommarens alla festliga tillställningar, grillstunder och efter gräsklippningen. När hösten kommer tar man den med fördel med sig in i bastun. Finns att beställa på Systembolaget från 28/6 beställningsnummer 5265601. Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. The special sprinkling process, mixing pale and specialty malts is what gives the beer its unique granat (ruby red) color. Tired of talking my friends into pit stops at beer bars before heading “out” — in fear of having to drink bland lager all night — I set out to craft an ale that would act as companion throughout the evening. Leon is assertively hopped and fermented dry using champagne yeast. The yeast and the hops in combination with a simple malt bill provides the beer with a quality of being rich in taste yet refreshing. Skål!
