This nostalgic beer specialty, which can be confidently ranked among the traditional old Bavarian beers, is brewed in commemoration of the good old times and in honor of the brewery’s founder, Johann Liebhard. The special feature of the “Kellerbier” is the fine yeasty cloudiness and the pleasantly bitter taste. As it is bottled unfiltered, many of the natural protein, yeast and hop elements remain contained in the beer. It consequently retains its original character and the beer connoisseur can appreciate the fullness of taste that this very drinkable beer offers. Furthermore, the vitamin and mineral-rich yeast also provides a significant contribution to the nutritional requirements of good health.

Flower Power Sour Elder and Blossom Sour Ölgäris This beer was developed by Ölgäris, Sweden's fastest growing beer community. Nine competing beer ideas developed during a beer workshop became one winner. And, Dugges got the honor of brewing it. In bloom! Ölgäris is a social initiative for girls, women and non-binaries who’s curious about beer. An interactive place where beer professionals and amateurs share anything and everything beer related. This beer started in that social initiative. As the text above says, nine concepts for the perfect summer beer were put together during an Ölgäris workshop. The concepts were put up for a vote and Flower Power Sour won. We here at Dugges have followed Ölgäris from the start and were humbled and honored when we got the ask to brew the winning beer. Like a warm breeze on a pre summers day in a hammock was the idea. Perfect!

Harmony Hazy Pale Ale The World is Singing From the hidden valleys of hop lore, our hazy pale ale is a mosaic, weaving a tale of tropical and citrus realms. A journey through vibrant landscapes. Whispers of ancient earth songs dance in the air. This brew isn't just crafted; it's conjured. A potion of nature's magic, kegged. Up! We love hops, we love pale ales, and we love it when beers are big and little, large and small like ever-expanding spaces into nothingness. When they are just oxymorons that keep you returning for more… yeah… So, we always try to keep brewing hop-slammed, hazy pale ales with all the characters for the style. A nice light but sturdy malty backbone, a sleek golden tone, and a balanced bitter bite. Add to that the fantastic-ness that is hops. Harmony is a continuance. A hazy pale ale brewed with a blend of Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops offering a vibrant aroma and taste bursting with tropical and citrus fruit notes, including mango, passionfruit, orange, and tangerine, along with a resinous pine undertone and subtle floral hints. Hops!

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.

House of Pale is one of the recipes we’ve taken from our beloved mad laboratory in Copenhagen, BRUS. A New England pale ale with Ekuanot hops. It has seen many changes and tweaks over this year, experimenting with hop doses and overall ‘crispiness’ - and now we’re pretty sure we’ve got exactly what we’ve been looking for.
