Punk IPA
- IPA - American

- BrewDog, Scotland
Punk IPA is the beer that kick-started it. This light, golden classic has been subverted with new world hops to create an explosion of flavour. Bursts of caramel and tropical fruit with an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee, precede a spiky bitter finish. This is the beer that started it all - and it’s not done yet... PUNK - Quintessential Empire with an anarchic twist. Malts: Marris Otter Extra Pale. Hops: Chinook, Simcoe, Ahtanum, Nelson Sauvin.

With Triple Fruited Mango, we’ve taken something we love and times it by three. All the rich, juicy Alphonso mango of our original session sour, multiplied by three. Three times the aroma. Three times the flavour. A vegan friendly, tropical adventure that’s fresh, juicy and bold. Paired with our mouth-watering base beer, the result is a lingering tartness with each mouthful that perfectly balances the sweetness of the fruit.

This is a beloved stout. When first introduced as a limited special collaboration release with Cerveceria Insurgente and San Diego homebrewer Chris Banker (after his recipe won our annual homebrew competition), it was an instant hit and fans began clamoring for its return. Seeing as how its amazing flavor profile is evocative of Mexican hot chocolate, featuring coffee, pasilla peppers, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and a generous amount of chocolate, we concluded it was the perfect stout to re-release in celebration of the Holidays and the entire winter season. This is now a highly anticipated yearly tradition that we are pleased to present from us to you, and makes a perfect wintry gift from you to your friends, loved ones, or simply to yourself. Cheers!

A modern Take on our ipa Hype from 2014 At that time we used the uber new hops Citra and Mosaic and at that time we used us 05 for a West Coast Style IPA. We are using the same hops that is well proven as a popular mix with a lot of breweries but nevertheless a favourite mix of ours. So this is not super inventive nor is it anything totally or radicaly new but for me its a Go to beer that has just all i want in a IPA. Solid, crushable and hoppy. This beer makes me proud to be in the modern beer industry. Pelle Frost

Barona have their brewery on the border to the Spanish border, straight into the country from Lisbon. During our recent trip to Portugal we decided to brew a double collab. In Portugal we brewed a coffee Brown Ale, a long dream of ours while we in Sweden wanted to brew something we havent done yet - a bold Double IPA. We aimed to make it a bit dryer for maximum drinkability and to let the bitterness work its magic alongside a robust malt base. For hops we played around with Citra, Taiheke, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin Cryo and Riwaka. Together they will offer a hop cocktail full of citrus, resin and pine complemented with gentle fruity grape notes.

Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden color, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.

Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. The special sprinkling process, mixing pale and specialty malts is what gives the beer its unique granat (ruby red) color.
