The first sip of this amber-orange-coloured Kellerbier reveals a touch of caramel. Its fresh and fruity aroma is owed to the chosen hops and accompanied by a pleasant bitterness. In combination with a well-balanced malt body this wonderfully mild and smooth beer was created to please both, your tongue and mind. The hops chosen are the rare sort “Hallertauer Record” for bittering and "Hallertauer Perle" as well as “Hallertauer Mittelfrüh” for aroma.

Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Ein handwerklich hochwertig gebrautes Starkbier als typischer Vertreter eines traditionsreichen Bierstils. Diese naturtrübe Bierspezialität schenken wir ab Anfang März nur für kurze Zeit aus.

To create Geuze on draft, Brewery Boon had to take the innovative steps to alter the formula creating a new lambic blend. They defined the characteristics of the lambic needed for the kegged Geuze targeting lambic from specific foeders which were best suited to the new specifications. This solution provides a way to keep keg pressure down and still produce a “keg conditioned” Geuze with a full-bodied taste and signature Geuze Boon sour fruitiness. This new formula presents a taste different to that of the bottled Geuze with less carbonation and a different mouth-feel experience.

House of Pale is one of the recipes we’ve taken from our beloved mad laboratory in Copenhagen, BRUS. A New England pale ale with Ekuanot hops. It has seen many changes and tweaks over this year, experimenting with hop doses and overall ‘crispiness’ - and now we’re pretty sure we’ve got exactly what we’ve been looking for.

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries of Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 miles or so of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentoid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds.
