PRISTINE

  • Belgian Tripel
  • 8.0%
  • Garage Beer Co., Spain

A first for Garage. And it's one that we are very excited about. Many of the team here are big fans of Belgian style ales so our first Tripel has been met with a lot of enthusiasm. Enhanced with a light touch of Sumac for a lemony tang, this is a strong beer but is imminently drinkable. Sumac is a spice that is very popular in Middle Eastern cooking and is essential in the spice blend Za'atar due to it's sherbety, lemony flavour.

House of Pale

House of Pale

  • Pale Ale - New England

  • To Øl, Denmark

House of Pale is one of the recipes we’ve taken from our beloved mad laboratory in Copenhagen, BRUS. A New England pale ale with Ekuanot hops. It has seen many changes and tweaks over this year, experimenting with hop doses and overall ‘crispiness’ - and now we’re pretty sure we’ve got exactly what we’ve been looking for.

Whirl Domination is the first IPA to be brewed in our shiny new brewhouse in Svinninge, so naturally, we were curious as to what our new baby could do! We pushed the hops to the limit, packing in as much aroma as possible to this fresh AF beauty. Thus begins a new era of our hoppy world domination - drink it, and embrace the future…

What does it even mean? In 2016 we made the GBG Beer Week beer. According to those that were there, we did quite a good job at this. We took that recipe, we made some tweaks and now we sell it as something fixed yet eternally new and eternally improved. What you need to know though. We combine two New World hop powerhouses to make this US/NZ NEIPA. Extra pale base, oats, wheat and a very generous dry hop of nelson sauvin, citra and mosaic. Creamy, pillowy body, big stone and tropical fruit aromas with hints of grape and gooseberry from the Nelson Sauvin.

Dry Hopped Wit Beer, Strata, Citra, Bru 1 and a judicious use of fruit. Strips of coriander seed and orange peel stretch along your tongue. You’re either on the bus...or off the bus. We picked hop varieties for this beer that we thought would complement the Wit flavour profile whilst also giving it that DEYA touch. So: Citra - Citrussy, limey, general tropical vibes. BRU-1 - Sweet pineapple/tropical aroma Strata - Orange juicy.
We are really happy with how it came out, plenty of orange, candied fruit, light clove, clean low bitterness and a touch of tartness on the close.

An evolution of, in our humble opinion, one of the best session sours we’ve ever made. This tart and refreshing Cloudy Lemonade is bursting with citrus flavours from fresh lemon juice and zest. Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops pair perfectly with the zingy character of our mixed fermentation base beer, creating a light and crushable, vegan friendly sour rounded off with lingering sweetness. Reminiscent of an ice cold refreshment on a warm summer’s day, Cloudy Lemonade is enjoyable when the sun is out, and even when it’s not.

Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. The special sprinkling process, mixing pale and specialty malts is what gives the beer its unique granat (ruby red) color.

Ayinger Jahrhundert Bier

  • Ayinger Privatbrauerei, Germany

This beer was first brewed in 1978 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of our brewery. It has a golden-yellow color with a slightly flowery yeast, honey-ish aroma, tastes a little spicy and is full-bodied in initial taste, mild before swallowing and soft with a refined sparkle and fades with a well-balanced hint of bitterness. It is an especially drinkable and harmonious beer. Conrad Seidl, known as the Austrian “Pope of Beers”, on the Jahrhundert Bier: “It is a malty beer that pronounces the precious earthy quality of malted barley.”

Ayinger Celebrator

Ayinger Celebrator

  • Bock - Doppelbock

  • Ayinger Privatbrauerei, Germany

A beer that has a dominant malty taste. This beer’s origins in a monk’s recipe are reflected in its heartiness. The Pope of Beers, Conrad Seidl, describes it as: “Almost black with a very slight red tone, a sensational, festive foam and truly extraordinary fragrance that at first summons up visions of greaves lard. The first taste is of mild fullness with an accompanying coffee tone, which becomes more dominant with the aftertaste. There is very little of the sweetness that is frequently to be tasted with doppelbock beer.” The Ayinger Celebrator has been ranked among the best beers of the world by the Chicago Testing Institute several times and has won numerous medals.
