Sur i Hatten Hibiscus and Pink Grapefruit Sour This is a sour ale brewed exclusively for the lovely restaurant Far i Hatten in Malmö, Sweden. This beer is soured with Lactobacillus and fermented with Hibiscus and Pink Grapefruit for an elegant freshness. Håll i hatten! In 2016, we received a question from the restaurant Far I Hatten, Malmö, Sweden. They wanted a house beer. Something different. Unique. And brewed in a tiny batch. We said sure and proceeded to brew them a Hibiscus flower and pink grapefruit sour.  The beer turned out beautiful, and the tiny batch sold out in a heartbeat. So, in 2017, we decided to go big. A whole batch, kegs, and bottles with a label design to really fit the beer. Which was still the same beautiful Hibiscus flower and Pink grapefruit sour. Year after year, this beer has become more prominent, better, and bolder while still remaining that exact same little quaint sour. The big thing for 2024 is that the beer has gone into cans for the first time. If in Malmö, seek out this beer. You are in for a treat. Parklife!

For this speciality, we use old and young lambic beer that has aged in our oak casks. When the lambic is 6 months old, we add 25% black cherries. This provokes the second fermentation. We then clarify, filter and bottle it. The cherries and young lambic create a red beer that is both natural and fresh, with an absolutely unforgettable sweet and sour taste. This is kriek as it should be, with nothing but real cherries and lambic. There is no place for artificial colourings or flavourings.

Golden Ale Shim Shim Shimmer A Golden Ale by name and a golden ale by style. There you go. Golden Ale. Beer! Brew a bright golden ale with a soft hop profile and balanced bitterness. That was the brief. There was not much to go on, and with not a lot to go on, there were so many ways to go. You can get lost. We did not get lost. We nailed it. We went down a somewhat unorthodox route. For the style and us both. Some pale ale malt and some Vienna malt for a light, biscuity backbone. And then, just a touch of Citra and Mosaic hops for a smooth floral and fruity aroma and taste. All were fermented using a very clean yeast strain to give the malt and hops a chance to shine golden. It’s a sparkler when the cold gold fills your glass. And it’s a real thirst-quencher going down your throat. ”Barman! Another one! And make it snappy!” You get the idea. Some real Wild West stuff here. But without all the high noon shoot-outs. A session beer if there ever was one. Yee-haw!

The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note. It is ideally served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).

Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. The special sprinkling process, mixing pale and specialty malts is what gives the beer its unique granat (ruby red) color.

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.
