The special feature of the “Kellerbier” is the fine yeasty cloudiness and the pleasantly bitter taste. As it is bottled unfiltered, many of the natural protein, yeast and hop elements remain contained in the beer. It consequently retains its original character and the beer connoisseur can appreciate the fullness of taste that this very drinkable beer offers. Ahhh! West Coast IPA Surprise Surprise A refreshing bitter bite yet with a fruity ”Ahhh, that’s good.” All that walking in a pine forest, full-bodied goodness sprinkled with a little zesty tangerine and pleasant herbal and citrus character. Like fine Earl Grey. Ahhh! The quote ”What I wanna do right here is go back….” prompted us to embark on a journey exploring our roots in all and everything that is neo-old-school American-style IPAs. We again wanted to find our bitter bite, malty body, and pine forest citrussy properties. We picked up some pieces of our history. Some pale ale malts, pilsner malts, crystal malts, adding Amarillo, Cascade, Chinook, and Columbus hops. And then, we rounded it off with just the right amount of bubbles. Pinball West Coast IPA was born. Then, it was time to go up. Electro was the continuance, and Echo was the furthering. Aims at perfecting and refining to better. Dreams to elevate. A little more here. A little less there. Tying the unbalanced balance of an actual West Coast IPA together. Now, we’re tweaking it even further. Switching back Simcoe for Amarillo and adding a fair amount of Idaho 7. Giving you that ahhh-feeling from first to last sip.

Oppigårds Easter Ale is a seasonal beer to suit easter and spring. The color is dark copper tones like our Winter Ale but not as dark as we use less dark caramel malt and no chocolate malt. In this beer we have focused a little less on bitterness and increased the element of floral and citrus coming from the American hop varieties Cascade and Centennial. Sold in 50cl bottle and 30 liter barrels during the easter season. Malts: Pale ale malt, light caramel malt, dark caramel malt, melanoidin malt . Hops: Pacific Gem, Cascade and Centennial. Food pairings Our Easter beer that fits the typical Swedish easter smorgasbord. Pickled herring, cured salmon and "Jansson’s Temptation" (potato, onion and pickled anchovies baked in cream). At dinner, people usually eat roast lamb with potato gratin and asparagus, or some other suitable side dish.

Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884.
