Mango Mango Mango Sour Fruit Ale Tropic Trio A sour fruit ale with one, two, three layers of taste and aroma from fruit and hops. Mango! If you put fruit in a beer, there’s no better fruit to use than mango. At least that’s what Magnus here at Dugges Bryggeri says. And, he should know. He’s the originator of many of the fruit beers we’ve done. With that, we set out to do a mango solo! To make it a sour was a no-brainer. We have nothing but love for our sour beers, and we want to continue exploring those forever. As for the mango, we wanted to push as much fruitiness as possible into this beer. So, we used mango flavor from two types of mango fruit and from Mosaic™ hops. Giving it that multi-layered, multi-faceted, and multi-multi kind of vibe. Since that first brew, Mango Mango Mango has been around for a few years and is now one of our staples. We never tire of it. That mango freshness spread on a crisp sour is just right. Here’s to many more. Mango!

When William Magner set out to make Ireland’s greatest cider in 1935, this is what he came up with. We’ve barely changed it since then, but why would we? Sold as Bulmers in the Republic of Ireland.

Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden color, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.

The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. It has seen many changes and tweaks over this year, experimenting with hop doses and overall ‘crispiness’ - and now we’re pretty sure we’ve got exactly what we’ve been looking for.
