Asteroid Hazy IPA Collision Debris Impact An asteriod is a minor planet of the inner Solar System. Sizes and shapes of asteroids vary significantly, ranging from 1-meter rocks to a dwarf planet almost 1000 km in diameter. Bodies with no atmorphere. Fly-by! Over quite a few brews of different IPAs, we've been trying to perfect this idea of a beer that is 6,5% vol. and liquid sunshine. While perfection is fleeting since the goal constantly moves, we know we probably won't reach it. Nor do we think we would want to. Stagnation would loom. But we'll give it a fair go every time. We've done and thought we were done with the secluded tropical beach, palm trees, crystal clear water, and all the luscious fruits you could eat beers. The go up, up, and away towards the stars and beyond beers. And the real "Fly me to the moon" stuff, with the lyrics and colorful chords beers. It turns out we weren't. So, here's some more space juice for you all. The aromas and flavors include tropical fruits, citrus, spicy mango, pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit, pine, and stone fruit. All the hops. All the haze. All the fun. Enjoy!

Tropic Thunder Sour Fruit Ale Tropic Trio A sour fruit ale with mango, passion fruit, and peach. Sunshine in a can. Sweet! Born out of a conversation at a beer festival in Rimini, Italy, the idea behind this beer is as simple as it is complex: We wanted to make a beer that tastes like a popsicle. A beer as refreshing as those ice-cold, fruity treats we loved as kids. We brewed this beer, trying to create something we’d never done before. And you know what? We succeeded! Fusing what has become our house lactobacillus culture with all that fruit and then letting it ferment in a for us whole new way. It was an experiment, to say the least. Now, Tropic Thunder is a modern classic. A joint beery effort together with nomadic brewer Brian Strumke of Stillwater Artisanal. And forever in our hearts. Fruity!

Our take on the classic Grisette is a modern one, brewed with barley and wheat, some light caramel malts and a good amount of Citra and Hallertau Blanc hops. We added a dash of bergamot as well which lends a spicy fruitiness that go really well with the dryhop.

Ayinger Lager Hell is the typical every day drink in Bavaria. Together with wheat beer this Muenchener Hell style is the most famous beer style in the Bavarian south. As people in Bavaria are very demanding as far as their daily drink is concerned the brewers are very aware of the necessity to brew a yellow-golden beer with a light malt taste. It is crisp, smooth and mellow. A perfectly balanced taste and aroma. Ayinger Lager Hell is often used for cooking and it can be paired with many typical Bavarian dishes like for example beef, pork and cold meat with radish and Brez’n.

Staropramen Granat is a unique lager which proudly embodies our brewing traditions. This beer is made based on the original recipe from 1884. Spitfire is one of the UK’s best-loved beers with an international reputation as a Great British Classic. Since its inception as a one-off brew back in 1990, Spitfire has enjoyed phenomenal success, earning a Royal Warrant and protected status as a Kentish Ale. A true classic, Spitfire Amber (draught: 4.2% ABV; bottle/can/mini keg: 4.5% ABV) is the head of the Spitfire family and a true taste of Kent. It was first brewed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, played out in the skies above Kentish soil. It is brewed using 100% Kentish hops, the finest malt and water drawn from a well deep beneath Shepherd Neame’s Faversham brewery. Spitfire Amber combines the pick of Kentish hops (Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold) to layer bitter orange marmalade flavour on top of sweet biscuits and caramel malts for a peppery dry finish. While the great taste has remained constant throughout its history, the Spitfire family has grown to include golden ale and lager, each imbued with the distinctive Spitfire spirit. Today Spitfire has a dynamic new look reflecting the nature of the iconic plane that inspired its creation and befitting its status as an ale of substance and character.
